Administration and other non-marketing use
We will use the information you enter at the site for administration purposes and any other purposes made clear in the data entry forms themselves, in any relevant terms or conditions and on any pages or emails which link to such forms. If you book a ticket from us we may use your personal data for the purposes explained below under the heading "How we use your booking data".
How we use your booking data
If you make a booking with Aeroflot, we will record your personal details. Your data will be used principally to provide you with your purchased travel and any related services or facilities. We retain the data you provide from time to time, including data we collect when you use our services and facilities. Your data may be used for the following purposes: accounting, billing and audit, credit or other payment card verification, immigration and customs control, security, administrative and legal purposes, operation of frequent flyer programmes, systems testing, maintenance and development, customer relations and to help us in any future dealings with you, for example by identifying your requirements and preferences. For these purposes we may disclose your data to any of the following: other companies in the Aeroflot group, airlines and other companies involved in providing your travel or related services and facilities, our oneworld partner airlines and franchisees, data processing companies working on our behalf, travel agents, government and enforcement agencies and credit and charge card companies. This may involve sending your data outside the your area.
Q Why do you link to other websites? A We use links to improve your experience of our website. We will always seek to make these links clear, so that you know you have left our website. However, please be aware that these websites are owned and run by other companies and organisations and we cannot accept responsibility for any information you choose to divulge to a linked website.
Q Confidentiality of your booking reference A When you make a booking you will be given a booking reference. This will appear on the ticket of each person in your booking. We advise that your booking reference should be kept confidential at all times. Disclosure of your booking reference to others may allow them to access your booking details and itinerary through our system. If you are travelling with others and would not like your individual booking details accessed by them, you may prefer to have each person make separate bookings, to be individually paid for.
